Q: Will I automatically receive the product after payment?
A: Yes, make sure you've joined the Discord server before your purchase for a smooth delivery. The License Bot will DM you within 30 seconds of purchase with activation instructions. Keep in mind to have DM's enabled. You will also receive all download files via email instantly.
Q: How do I receive software files/updates?
A: Software files and updates will be posted in the Discord server. Join it, and you'll be given the role to see them after your purchase
Q: Are there any requirements for running plugins?
A: Your host/server has to support ArkServerAPI. Plugins do not work on Nitrato servers.
Q: Is there a renewal price?
A: No, the license is lifetime; you only pay once
